Unsolved xbox 360 e wont turn on

i have an xbox 360 e. i didnt used it for months but i day ago i wanted to play it. i couldnt turn it on.
the power suply is orange. i tried it with controller, on console.
also it have a chip inside. i dont know the name or version of it but it always on a red light when i give it power.
