Xbox 360 disk tray wont open

    when i turn on my xbox it has a flashing light like the disk tray is trying to open i cant get it open is there anyway to fix this?

    try turning it on and press open tray instead of hitting the eject button ont he console itself

    i tried all that i tried the paper clip trick to.

    the only other i see online is to wack it on top where the disc tray is...

    seems kind of silly and not sure if it works

    try plugging the sata cable into your pc and leave the power cable for it in the 360. turn on the 360 and restart your computer. if the disc drive apears in my computer then right click it and try hitting eject...

    Take the covering of it off so you can see the disc spinning. Now try to open it. Does it make any noise at all when you press eject?

    i have had my drive do this some times it could be wrong drive key or how u flashed it did u use the connection kit or the xbox to power it

    i havent flashed it before it got fixed from the rrod could that be it?

    i dont know what drive it is i will check when i open it up. it was working before and after it was fixed.
