Hello! I wanted to start a discussion on this since, you know. Gotta have something to ****in do. Well anyways. I can understand why modders want to jtag their Xbox 360s right now. Although I believe people should wait til the disclaimer is gone. Everyone knows Xbox 360`s status is good. But it's an old console. They will probably remove the disclaimer later in 2017. Maybe early 2018. When that happens, you can bet a lot more modders who want a jtag would join in. Although they might never remove it. If they don`t, that just ****ing sucks.

What do you mean by 'disclaimer'?
Are you talking about the warranty?

You know the ****ing sticker inside the console. The terms and ****.
I don't really see a reason for you to be cursing?

Who cares about the warranty? People have been Jtagging and RGHing their console for years.
If you get a Jasper or a Slim, they aren't at risk for RRoD.

Even if it does, who cares? You can buy a used Xbox 360 for $30-50.

Regardless, the warranty for every Xbox 360 is 1 Year from the purchase date...
So 90% of every Xbox 360 out there is already out of warranty.....

They will NEVER allow anyone to modify their console without voiding the warranty, and ToS, it simply wont happen.

The warranty is only for 1 year. But what about the terms. Although I believe those really don`t matter anymore since "Most" people are modded their consoles/accounts. I'm also wondering why they put terms on it that we can mod it. I mean we pay the money for it. We should have rights to do what the f*** we want with it.

We are legally allowed to mod the console to do whatever we want.

The Terms and Conditions are for Xbox Live.
Which is why when you go online with a Jtag/RGH, they are legally allowed to ban you from using their service.

They can't stop you from modding the console, but they can stop you from using it online.
