Solved XBL Ninja Problem

So i finally got my jtag running right and I successfully put XBL Ninja on it, everything in dashlaunch is set, but when i transfered my kv and cpu to my hdd and restarted my jtag it boots up and then just shows a spinning circle. It wont let me choose a profile or anything. a message pops up saying that my cpu key doesnt match my kv. What DO I do and what DID I do wrong?
