There is a firmware for Linksys wireless routers called satori that will boost the dbi output widening your range. The only downside to that is you can brick your router if done wrong. Then again you could pick some new antennas at radioshack that will do the same thing for like $30 bucks.

Yes, you can buy a range booster or buy antennas that increase your signal strength....the antennas would probably be the easiest fix

Or you could buy an ethernet cord long enough to reach.

    My setup:
Cable outlet in living room -> Modem -> Netgear wireless router -> Linksys router via cable into my room -> to computer and 360

No lag at all, works great.

    To ghettoficate a ethernet cord:
Cut the ends off 3 inches down (the plugs) strip the rubber away, strip the wires down to the insides, take any type of wire around that size (old extension cords, phone cords, anything really... Hell I'v used steel wool, not reliable or fast but it worked.)

Cut the ends off those wires, strip the rubber, strip the inside wires, and just wrap them around the wires you already stripped, make sure they match up at the other end though.

Also it doesnt matter how many wires it takes, I'm sure it'll reach.

Also duct tape the bare wires when done, hot glue if possible.

And you have a Compton Classic. (Not really but still lmao..)

Yes you can turn a router into a bridge, but it's somewhat difficult if you don't know what you are doing, and it's different with every router so I can't really tell you how to do it

You can also buy home plugs. They are plugs that plug into the wall and deliver the ethernet connection throughout your AC power in your home.
