Solved Wireless Adapter Dead?

Hey guys I've been using a wireless adapter for years now without problem, but lately when I plug it in the light won't turn on. Usually it's green when working and red when my wireless is acting up, but now there's no color at all. Is it dead? Is there anything I can do?

Try and troubleshoot with it. If that doesn't work call Microsoft and try that guide that has a chance of getting you a free one
