Solved windows not genuine

Hey I had a friend put windows 7 premium on my laptop and now I am getting an error saying its not genuine. In the corner of my screen it says "Windows 7 Build 7601 This Copy Of Windows Is Not Genuine". Is there any way to fix this without actually purchasing it? Any help is greaty appreciated.

Build 7601 is Windows 7 Service Pack 1.
