Unsolved Windows 95 running on Xbox One

I'm surprised nobody has mentioned this yet. Anyone willing to share some information on this? It was probably made using a legitimate development license, but feel free to correct my assumption.

This is a segway to a lot more modding. I could definitely see ubuntu or something similar running on this console in the near future 
With the Dev Kit a lot of things are possible. Especially with the Xbox One essentially being a Windows 10 pc in a shiny black box. While it causes some barriers once you get past those barriers literally anything is possible
