Also, my 360 is banned and I saw MS unbanned all the consoles a few weeks ago is that true?

I saw all I needed to unban was to update the dashboard through USB and tha's it.

If you do the latest update you WILL loose the flash.
About the unbanning, I highly doubt it, because Microsoft bans you console, not your dashboard...

Yes, your drive will return to stock firmware. Microsoft unbanned every console then banned them again, apart from a few* which remained unbanned. I don't think updating your dashboard via USB would make a difference?

yes they did un ban consoles but they have already rebanned all the ones that weren't suppose to be unbanned
