Discussion Why's my connection doing bad on MW3?

So usually my connection is perfect, it never messes up.
I go through Insight.

On MW3, I play Ground War, And my connection is always 1 bar when it's usually full.

Why is that, and how can i fix it?

Reset your NAT.
Google it for a tutorial

If not already tried, reset your router and/or modem.
I have this problem occasionally.
If anything else is on your network, try shutting it down.
