why is everyone posting pc mods then, is it not possible to mod GTA 4 with a jtag ?

Yeah well it says GTA so you will get a lot of people who will just post their mods as long as people see it. Yeah it is possible to mod GTA not quite sure what though since i don't really mod unless that is just PC mods i am thinking of.

You can mod GTA IV it's not 100% bypassed like EFLC though, and offline you can mod both 100% on the xbox 360.
