I am thinking about purchasing it, +R18 is actually allowed in Australia now so this will be one of the first Mortal Kombat's Australia will receive that actually has the R rating.

It's quite a bit worse than MK9 ironically.

Never knew Australia didn't allow M rated games. Guess I learn something new every day. I know they are very strict in China though as well.
