On the Xbox, it has 12V 10.83A but on the Power Adapter it has 12V 9.6A.
It came with a 250GB HDD

If it says 10,83 on the console, it is a Trinity.
The power supply may have been bought separately which was originally supplied with a Corona, hence the output stated.
