Ubuntu, Fedora, etc. There's so many to pick from! I want stability and simplicity. Please give suggestions about ANY linux software. not just my examples. Thanks.

Linux Mint-
A newby's distro, Mint is very user-friendly.

Ubuntu 11.04-
Very stable, latest version until October.
This is my preferred distro.

By the way, every distro of linux is dual-boot capable, that I know of.
