I have a really old xbox 360 that's been flashed a long time ago. I want to be able to update the flash that's been put on the xbox so I can play games online. Where do I start?

I don't think anything right now even the CR4 XL is worth taking online. Some people install dual nands one with the RGH, and the other with stock, and use stock to play online, you can simply disable the rgh by flipping a switch. You can try LiNK which is a non xbox live way to play online.

Other then dual nands, or LiNK I would not recommend it.

Uhm, pretty sure updating the FLASHED console wouldnt require any installing of chips...
Some confusion going on here.
(I know very little of flashed consoles so I could be wrong, but the other two answers seem to be about Jtag/Rgh. Not flashed.)
