Solved Where is the Encoder Chip?

I was just wondering where the heck the encoder chip is on the 360...

pics are nice

is scaler/hana/ana = encoder chip?

encoder is for video so would it be the hana/ana chip. i have searched the internet with no hope

But why do you need the encoder chip.
