Solved Where do I get .SCO's for menus?

As the title says, I'm trying to download gamemode/menus for the trainer inside of MD 13's menu. It says you can add .SCO's to the menu, but where do you find them?

Just look up mod menus like chromes, or xmc, anything like that it will be a sco. Rename it to addonmenu1 - 10 then put it in using open iv.

use the ReadMe.txt so you know what scos do what.
