it honestly feels like forever since theres been a new jailbreak release , i recently was had a jailbroken device on the firmware ISO 8.1 , and at one stage i got a tweak (cant remember which one it was) that absolutely ****ed my phone , all the apps icons were blank , phone was glitchy etc , so i had to reset my phone , and in the process of reseting my phone i had to update to the mose recent IOS which was sadly 9.1 . Ever since i upgraded to IOS 9.1 ive been waiting for a new jailbreak on IOS 9.1 , but its legit been ****ing foreverrrrrrr and i was wondering if anyone had any news on when its gonna come out? or any rumours etc . plez someone infrom me with some info , ty <3

I've also been waiting, but I don't think there'll be one for a while. Patience is key I guess. Just wait, posting this isn't going to hurry them up :smile:

I doubt they would even try to release one for 9.1 since 9.2 is out and 9.3 is on beta atm. The only times they release a jailbreak for past version is if old devices were stuck at that version. If you are wanting a jailbreak you just have to be patient and remember to not update once you are jailbroken because usually it's a while before new jailbreaks are released.

The only times I do not have my device jailbroken is when there is a new iOS version in beta. (iOS 7,8,9 beta)

ill cry if they do 9.2 before 9.1 , been waiting so long for this **** ;-;
I really really haven't been keeping up with iOS. haha. Usually they try to wait for the final version of an iOS before making a jailbreak. If they released the jailbreak when 9.1 came out, 9.2 would most likely patch it.

As I've said on a ton of threads in the past week or so. The iOS 9.3 beta round is almost done. The final beta release should be out next week, followed by the official release on the day of Apple's Spring Event (March 21st). If 9.3 patches the current 9.2/9.1 jailbreak, it'll be released on the same day most likely. If 9.3 doesn't patch the jailbreak, we can only hope it's still released so everyone can jailbreak the newest firmware.

so there most likely gonna release it for 9.2 , and not 9.1

Jailbreaks work retroactively. If it works on 9.2, it'll work on 9.1.
ohh really? that's awesome! so I wont have to worry about there not being a jailbreak for IOS 9.1 then?

Nope! Assuming the jailbreak works for 9.2.x though, you'll most likely want to update so you can get the new features and security fixes.

Anything with an "x" in it implies all further versions of that firmware.
