When do i sell my TOTY player i packed?

So i packed TOTY Sergio Ramos whose BIN is about 1.1mil right now. Im not going to use him as i have plans for another team so i want to sell him however, im not sure when to sell him. Any ideas?
my evidence is that i would not go to all this effort to post this, if you reall need some i can take some pics. anyway, thanks in advance.
