I'm wanting to upgrade something now that will allow me to upgrade more in the future.

I'm really wanting a new motherboard but I put my current build into PC partpicker looking for a new motherboard that supports everything I have now and none pop up. I don't know much about building a good PC so I'm hoping someone here can help me out.

My current build:
430W EVGA 80+ PSU
EVGA GeForce GTX 750Ti
PNY Anarcy Ram (2x4GB)
Gigabyte FM2+ AMD 68H Motherboard
AMD X4 860K Black Edition CPU

I have around $75 to spend on something new.

Your best bet right now would probably to upgrade to a 4th gen i5 or i3 but even used, it would cost you more than 75$ in parts...

If you're using a HDD, consider picking up a cheap 120GB to 250GB SSD. It will make things load faster and you can easily afford it for $75. Just do your research, don't go buy the cheapest one. If you already have an SSD, just wait until you have a higher budget and then you can start thinking about upgrades.
