Dark Zone vendors in DZ Safehouses offer High End blueprints, you require level 30 normal rank and level 50 dz rank.

Once you hit level 30 you can do daily missions to get Phoenix credits to buy high end gear in the tech wing

Once you complete the final mission in the game you get a High end pistol blueprint once again, level 30 required to equip

You can kill named Enemy's in the dark zone to get 1-3 Phoenix credits.
Or
You can do a daily mission to get 5-10 Phoenix credits.
Bare in mind the daily missions are normal story missions but harder enemy's etc
High End gear costs around 50-1000 Phoenix credits, 1000 being the cap of credits you can have

Go into your inventory and it should be there. It only appears at level 30

Once you get fairly decent equipment (doesn't have to be high end, just all/most level 30 armor and some decent weapons), farming missions on Challenging is by far the most lucrative way to spend your time.

If you're team is good enough (recommend you play with 3 people you know, that don't suck), you can beat it in ~20 mins. You're guaranteed a high-end plus 30 phoenix credits.

You dont want to grind out the levels to buy these blueprints, these items are item level 30, while the blueprints sold at the base of operations are level 31 thus they are better.
