I am about to flash my 360 and I was just wondering which DVD burner is the best to use when burning games. can you use a mac superdrive? oh yea it needs to be the cheapest it can be without getting errors.

But if you want to rent games from let say Blockbuster, and create a back up from those, you will need a certaint drive, flashed with Kreon firmware. Im not sure of the drive, but if you google, you should find it. I thinks its a pioneer something.

Thanks for that link and the infos guys. But if anyone could answer if the Mac Superdrives can burn Dual-Layer that'd be great because I couldn't find any info on that.

Yes you can burn dual layers with the mac superdrives I have been reading and it all really depend on disks you are using.

Here is a link I found included in the discussion about the dual layer buring

Ok cool thanks man. And also if anyone else would be willing to contribute, I am also wondering what dvd burners everyone uses? I have been looking around but all the dvd burners i see mention nothing about bitsetting, even $200 ones. Soif anyone knows any semi-cheap, bitsetting, dual layer dvd burners, tell me lol.

Thanks, oh and I just ordered a Pioneer DVR-116D off of Ebay for $35 so thanks everyone. And I think if there was a sticky or just a thread about good DVD Burners that would be extremely helpful.
