I see things made in multiple languages with the prefix ZZ_ for example ZZ_Default_Script
Or the dev weapons in dead island they also have a similar thing.

Could just be a thing that someone did. I haven't really seen it around other than the ZZ Scratch thing.
It's probably just the way they named it.

Probably a vendor prefix for grouping similar classes/functions/variables. The main purpose is we may both write libraries which define a class called "Button". Button is a pretty clear name but you can't have more than one class named button in a project. Therefore, I would call my button FD_Button and you would call yours PRO_Button. It's pretty common in languages like objective-c which don't have namespaces.
