Patched Wear a hat inside a vehicle

This is a copy/paste of his text tut:
-Wear a Hat inside of ANY Personal Vehicle;
~Once in an "Online Session", exit your vehicle(if you are in one),
~Now hold "Select/Back" to bring up your "Interactive Menu",
~Then go to "Inventory">"Hats" and choose the Hats you wish to wear inside your Vehicle,
~Now enter the Personal Vehicle you wish to drive around in with your Hat on,(It MUST be a Personal Vehicle)
~Then press "Start" to pause the game and go to "Online">"Find New Session" and press "X/A",
~Now when you load into your "New Session" you should be inside of your Personal Vehicle WITH your Hat on.
~Enjoy!
Tip: The glitch must be repeated if you exit the vehicle.
