My favorite has always been Xalt V2 by LSD HAXOR

That one has always been my favorite simply because of how easy it is to use. I can't recall ever having issues infecting my retail with it or infecting my friends or strangers. What is nice is it comes with different levels of infection. For example, I would infect my friends (Echo Claws and S Sir Matrix ) to the point where they could infect other people but we would only infect strangers to the point of them being able to do basic things like god mode and no-clip.

Not to mention too, the menu itself has a lot of options you can mess with especially when you are host online.

#Project Xalt v2 is the way to go! A Atlas is correct as far as it being a good menu. But if you cant find it colossal mods v1 and 2 are good menus as well
