.NET Visual Studio JRPC Tool Help Please!

Hello Everyone! I've been trying to make my very own JRPC Tool for my RGH but I've been getting this Error, I can't seem to open up my Debug when I press start, XDevKit is in the folder.
I'm Completely new to this whole thing so a noob friendly answer would be much appreciated.

Click on the xdevkit.dll in your references, go to its properties and set embed interop type to false.
