I would like a simple program where I can edit videos using a simple interface. I just want to do things such as crop, zoom, basic effects, enhance quality (if that's even possible), add text, and some other things, that I can't remember lol. I am not requesting any downloads, just some recommendations on programs. I want it simple.

    Thanks.

Sony Vegas Pro 8 is pretty simple and meets all of the specifications.

But if your going to go pro and make halo machinimas or somthing then I suggest using.

    Adobe After Effects CS4.

AAECS4(after effects): [Click here to view the link]
SVP8(sony vegas): [Click here to view the link]

sony vegas is nice because of the rendering capabilities, and easy flow UI.

After Effects takes some time to get used to, its if your serious about making good films.

I tried a Sony Vegas. Too many buttons. Not enough time to learn how to use it.

Thanks. I will check this out definitely (I read the review).

Adobe Premiere is my favorite, and it's pretty easy to use once you get used to it, but on the other hand windows movie maker does all the things you want and easily.

Ulead VideoStudio is simple and has all of the things you're looking for. PowerDirector is a RAM hog, i didn't really like the interface either

^Why is it so worth it?

EDIT: Also, how can I convert a PSD file into a MOV or FLV file?

A PSD isn't a movie file, it's a photoshop document, so you won't be able to.

When you buy a dazzle you get some free editing software, pinnacle studio or something. Im pretty sure it could do what you want it to, i never really spent much time looking at it but its definately easy to use.
