No clue you should have it. It's in every PhotoShop program that was released.

Yeah i dont have that, also maybe a hint for the problem everything on my tools is gray. It has no color at all.. The PS in the top left is gray too..

Right clicking where?

Right click the square that you want to turn into an eclipse. As in, the selection tool, if it is a square, right click it to change it to another shape. At least I have to right click it to change it.
