Re: Decypting Account File

DJ's library has the ability to decrypt/encrypt the account
DJ's library has a class called ProfilePackage which automatically extracts the account block, parses it, along with the dash board
DJ's library is open source

Why be a douche and steal code when you could use DJ's open source library?

download the DLL
go to solution explorer and right click on references, select add reference
locate the DLL and add it to the references
go to your project, and at the top (for vb) add:
Code:
Imports X360.STFS
Imports X360.Profile

To set the package, go like this (vb):
Code:
' Create an instance of an STFS package then turn it into a profile package
Dim x As New STFSPackage(filelocation, Nothing)
Dim y As New ProfilePackage(x)
' Grab the gamertag for use
Dim GamerTag As String = y.UserFile.GetGamertag()

Code:
using X360.STFS;
using X360.Profile;
Code:
public string FetchGamertag(string filepath)
{
// Create an instance of an STFS package then turn it into a profile package
STFSPackage x = new STFSPackage(filepath, null);
ProfilePackage y = new ProfilePackage(ref x);
// Grab the gamertag for use
return y.UserFile.GetGamertag();
}
Fixed

It's not stealing. When I released sigggggggggggy, I PROMOTED the decompilation of it so that people could learn from it.

It's fine. Very few people actually respect the work of developers and go ahead and steal source ANYWAYS, so I can defiantly see where you're coming from.

You must be using an old library, the new library userfile IS the acct info, i suggest updating so you have all up to date functions that dont screw up :3
