Solved Using games with mods

everytime I use anygame with mods it crashes. I've changed stealth server numerous times and even put on new launch.ini's. It usually crashes after 5-10 mins of playing. Sometimes it says "fatal crash intercepted" or it just freezes.

I think you should have it like this.
1. XBDM.xex
2. NINJA.xex
3. XRPC.xex
4. JRPC.xex
5. None

The tools or others you might need to have JRPC.

my fan speeds are 100% so I donj't think it overheating

So this happens for all games? Not just black ops 2?

Yes It happens with all games and my console temps with 100% speed are CPU: 50Rises in 0.1's GPU: 54 EDRAM: 51.5 MOBO: 35.0 <-- All rise in 0.1's

I'm no expert, but it sounds like it could be a problem with your console. I'd suggest maybe getting this thread moved to the xbox 360 support section, or creating a thread there.
