Solved USA Code Redeem From Canada?

Hey guys, so yeah my friend gave me a 4000 points Xbox Live code and when I try to redeem it, it says I cant because it's not available in my country... He's from USA and I'm from Canada. Is there any ways to redeem it even though I live in Canada? Thanks

...Great Idea... but what if I don't trust me... Edit : Can an Administrator who lives in USA do it for me because I dont really trust alot of people..

Don't take the risk, go buy a code in Canada.

You could try...
Try switching your Xbox Language to English
I think their is an option to change your Location or maybe Time Zone.
This may allow you to use the code.

Log onto Xbox.com
You may be able to go into your profile preferences and change your location their.

Idk... I mainly wanted the points for like Gamertag Change and maybe just keep them

Damn. The only thing i can think of is creating a USA silver account, and see if anybody knows a glitch to move it over.

OR, Give Microsoft a call. Tell them you got it as a gift from an out of state friend. I'm sure they will deactivate it and give you a new one =].
