Upgrading HDD

    Hi, i have the 20 gb HDD right now. i want to take the 20gb hdd out and put in another hdd that is larger. will i get ban from xbox live from doing this?:? thanks

    If you buy a new one you wont get banned.

    You can only use a 120 GB hard drive. And no you won't get banned.

    Actually they now sell a 60 GB one which comes with 3 months live and a headset. No transfer cable though.

    I dont think he is talking about buying one. Might be thinking about changing his drive with one not for the 360. But who knows maybe he thought he would be banned for switching drives.

    If you mean a hard drive not made for the 360 then you have to buy a cirtian kind, i forgot which one and i dont think you will get banned. its easier just to get a 360 one
