Notes and known issues:
-Gun abilities can be crossbreeded!! (Example: You can make nuke launching SMGs, Hive pistols, and rocket guns.)
-You cannot have rocket launcher parts on a submachine gun. It will not appear (Example: Rocket scope on a pistol)
-Prefix and title change nothing but the name.
-When editing relics, DO NOT PLACE CUSTOM THINGS IN THE ALPHA SLOT. That causes the +Core Stat Bug.

-If you dont want to replace parts while making a hybrid gun, place the piece in an accessory slot, sight slot, or
some other slot thats open or that you are willing to swap places with.

-When editing guns, DO NOT PLACE ANYTHING IN THE PREFIX OR TITLE SLOT OTHER THAN "None". ONLY USE TITLES
AND PREFIXES TO CHANGE IT'S NAME. IT WILL CAUSE THE GUN TO DISSAPEAR REGARDLESS OF BYPASSING. IT GLITCHES.

-YOU CANNOT COMBINE 2 UNIQUE SHIELD ABILITIES TOGETHER. IT WILL NOT WORK. (unproven)
(EXAMPLE: absorbtion + nova is not possible. only 1 can be used.)

-When prompted, using GD_Artifacts.Enable2nd.EnableSecond_Effect2 with your relic type enables
the 2nd effect that your relic contains. Otherwise, its disabled.

-You can add more than 1 barrel/effect to a gun if u put it in the right slot
(element slot works)

-The unobtainable "ERROR MESSAGE" Rocket Launcher: BL2(hwAAAAD+tgFB54IDCQH9TyAEQ0GB8P+/G4r///////9ronhEgYPw)
Uses the Pirate's Booty DLC Set.
