How do people get unselected wheel colours on an xbox, I really can't fathom it.

There are a lot of ideas for save editor et al. which work with PlayStation / PC and coming from Xbox 360 but nothing for Xbox one yet they seem to exist on people's cars in abundance.

I'm only able to take colours from others donors but I hate to do this, I really want to make my own.

Any secret sauce to making wheel colours unselected on wheels for Xbox one?

Im in the same boat. Im limited to the cars in game with Unselected Wheel Color or peoples Donor Cars. BUT! I have just discovered the Stock Wheels on the Weeny Dynasty takes the Primary Color of the Car, so im exploring that avenue atm.

I have no clue what people on xbox are doing. I can tell you that pure whites are supposedly obtainable with the ifruit emulator. The secret gold rims can be obtained with the arena war cars. And there are four different wheel colors obtainable from the race car versions of cars, the sprunk buffalo etc... I would also look into what's obtainable off the ceo mission vehicles, rare cars that can be found in LS, and of course rockstar actually releases unselected colors on cars in the casino sometimes.

Good info guys, yeah the in-game cars and various ways to find them seems to be about the limit on an xbox. Not sure where we get the option to change car wheel colours in the emulator, I didn't see it...I'll have to fix my game and load it again (can't have F1 modded cars in last 10 driven, it sucks). Interested in the weeny dynasty avenue, sounds interesting...please think of me if you find some magic happens there

Alright, well good to know I'm not missing out some super secret method or whatever.

Does anyone know how to flip just a wheel colour if you have a good unselected one? Trying to get to a car without ruining the unselected ingame secondary colour.

What’s the exact question? Do you mean like color on stock wheels?
This might be something I’ve yet to hear of or something I just call something different lol 😂

Any wheel, other than stock wheels, and when you you look at the colour they might be blue...but if you look at the colour picker in a garage there is no colour selected.

Nah, you can merge a standard selected colour all you like and it will still show up selected.

As far as I know it needs to be any non-selectable colour that was used on the wheel, in nearly all cases this would be from an NPC car that might be a different shade of blue to all the blues you can select in LSC. If you choose *your* crew colour and send it to someone else, if they have a different crew colour that will show unselected for them...you can't select crew colours for wheels though. IT just leaves unobtainable colours from various NPC spawns/jobs/podium or wherever you find them.

Getting the custom colours for wheels was my initial question, but I think that's a dead-end I have resided to finding NPC cars with colours I want..

Problem is, you can get some of these unselected wheels but you might want to merge it with another car that has a colour you want to keep. The speedo merge would copy everything so you lose your car paint colour you want to keep, car to car merge is unpredictable and doesn't bring much over and magic slots don't transfer colours either. So need some way to drag the colours off the wheels of one car and apply it to another.

You can build a car from the ground up with the glitches available. I'd recommend learning the two tone paint glitch and magic spot flipping

As far as merging paint from one car to another, but keeping the wheel color there's probably a way to do it, but it ain't public.

Yeah, I've more or less mastered most things you can do...that seems to be public. I create cars from various parts, get some unselected colours with some crew/textures mixed using netcut/etc. I merge with the speedo merge, I flip plates/interior/etc using my magic spot. I've put together some okay community car designs, I exclusively produce cars for fun, not for profit, and make them for a group as their free giveaways - nothing like seeing your productions banded around with top feedback from the community .

I'm just starting to get ideas ahead of what's out there in the public domain, certainly being able to flip car wheel colours to another car is high on the list. It opens a world of possibilities if you can flip your unselected wheel colour collection onto newly discovered unselected paint jobs on spawned vehicles. Creating an unselected matte texture that uses an unselected dark pearlescent (say black pearlescent not selected) would certainly be right up there - I'm quite sure this is impossible though. I'm certain I've reached the extent of what can or can't be done on an xbox realistically...

I think you're right, some of these little things are just not out there in the public - but I will keep asking...someone somewhere will eventually share the wealth.

How did you get on with that weeny idea.

I see you put a crew colour and the stock wheels take it. I am thinking to merge this into a Speedo and see if the colour travels....
