This unlock works on cartain basebands.

Working Basebands: 01.59.00, 04.26.08, 05.11.07, 05.12.01, 05.13.04, and 06.15.00

Non-working Basebands: 02.10.04, 03.10.01, 04.10.01, 05.14.02, 05.15.04



First you need to jailbreak the iOS 4.3. Here is my other tutorial on how to do it:

What you need to do is go to cydia after the jailbreak.


Click Sources
Edit:
Add:
Add this repo:

http://repo666.ultrasn0w.com/

Add Source:
Click the Repo:
Click "Ultrasn0w":
Install
Click "Restart Springboard"

And after it reprings I recommend turning off your device. Insert the Sim Card. Start the device and it should be carrier unlocked.
