create a secondary character.
go to the casino buy the $500 membership get the 1k chips
close out the game. "use task manager for PC it will say the game crashed"
go back to the secondary character you made you are forced buy the $500 membership again but you still have the 1k chips
from last time will still be there i did this and ended up with 4k chips for the price of only $2,000.
