Solved Unhandled Exception error ghosts tool!!

Is anyone else getting this? Comes up everytime i click to activate a mod? I click continue but still dont work. I have neighbourhoood working fine and i have net framework 4.5.1

Iw might be doing something, as quite a few of us cannot force host, so not sure this is to do with the same thing
