So as many people may have got the spindle yesterday well so did I. My friend told me that bungie will be nerfing any of the 310 vanilla black spindles down to 290. Is this true?

yes, i infused it into something i do not use.. once the "nerf" happens then i am going to infuse that gun back into the black spindle

I thought this was NOT nerfed. People on other threads are stating it is still dropping at the 310 light?

When they do patch it, all 310 versions of the gun will become 290 and the version sold in the kiosk will become 280. If you purchased a 300 version from the kiosk prior to when they patch it, it will remain at 300. The gun will also no longer drop at 310 once the patch has been pushed, it will drop at 290.

For right now, you can freely use the 300 version from the kiosk to infuse other secondary weapons up to 300LL.

So basically, best option to stay ahead of the curve is to get the drop from the Heroic. Buy the Kiosk version and infuse the 310 version into the Kiosk version and you will be good to go for the patch.
