TV Screen turned pitch black

    Ok I'm ****ing pissed because right in the middle of my Team Deatchmatch on CoD: WAW my TV screen turns black. I tried turning it off and on and I tried leaving it off for hours. Someone said something about check my ethernet cable but I have no idea what that is. Help! :cursing:

    You don't know what an ethernet cable is?


    Your TV might of died on you or your cables got unplugged.

    ^-^ Little brother on his new comp.

    But yeah looks like his TV died on him, all his cables are plugged in..

    If it's a CRT (projection) tv your tube blew. Most likely you will have to purchase a new tv. Also even if ethernet wasn't connected it wouldn't matter. Ethernet is for your internet connection.

    His TV popped back on yesterday. It hasn't had a problem yet. Its did this before also.

    Haha, I think your video plugs came out.

    Check the red, yellow, and white cord that go into the tv and make sure the colors match.

    Agreed, unless its pitch black on actual cabled channels. if its just on the game channel either they came loose or they might have a short in them (try wiggleing them around)
