0100 - There is a problem with the Southbridge Chip usually dealing with how it connects to the mainboard (cold solder joint/bridged solder joints)

anyone know where I can find a tutorial on how to do this?

I have the xbox 360 slim model

You would need to get a reflow.

A reflow tutorial would be the same as the phat models. If you plan on using a heatgun and you don't have much practice, you could destroy your Xbox. So I'd send it to someone who could do a professional reflow if possible.
