I know this is really old news, but i finally figured out how to get it to work because I had so many problems and I thought I'd share what I got to get the mods to start working!
Here ya go! Make sure to read description! I'll also make a detailed typed tutorial has well.
For this mini tutorial, you will need a basic knowledge of how to ISO mod as in, ABGX, Image Browser and how to burn. The video goes in depth on all of this. This tutorial is just for the people that know how and just want to get into it quicker. Here we go!
Mini-Tutorial:
1. Open up ppf-o-matic3.exe
2. Under ISO file select rdr2_layer0.rpf
3. Under patch select the patch.ppf provided
4. Apply
5. Replace rdr2_layer0.rpf in iso with patched file
6. Burn, Play
7. Once in multiplayer open the pause menu and scroll to options
8. From here you should see any cheats you have entered in single player, if you have not yet
entered any or want to add a new one press Y and you will be prompted to enter a cheat code.
9. Activate cheat
