I have some turtle beach Dx12's with the dss2 dolby processor. Was wondering what are the best settings for it? Hearing footsteps etc.

tbh just rock sitrep pro and settings shouldnt matter i dont have your set i have x31's; i usually have everything on except bass. idk how dx12's work just thought i throw in some info you could try.

You don't need to fumble with any settings. Use Sitrep Pro, and you'll hear people a mile away.

Try using dead silence its amazing what you hear when you don't hear your own movements over everything. Oh and I have the x12's also but not the bass booster thing, my brother who actually has the booster thingy said MW3 was the one game he actually thought sounded better without it on. Just a matter of opinion, but Id just say bass knob near max on the normal set and adjust your own volume liking from there thats what I do.
