This^ i would have to say is the most welcome fix :smile:
Yes, defiantly I HATE being killed by napalms indoors its very irritating!

But I also like the:
• Additional sniper rifle tuning changes.

Hopefully that will make BO a little more fun when it comes to quick scoping and what not.

All depends if the check for that can be found and removed


You can system link from retail to jtag with RSA removed from .xex if you dont have the serverside patch/hotfix. All you do is have tu5 on retail and jtag and connect simples :biggrin:

so its in the hotfix ... not the patch

i see now :wink:


so basicly, if you system link without connecting to live you can infect then connect to live ?

but.. surely this is no longer a hotfix & is part of the latest patch?

so basicly, if you system link without connecting to live you can infect then connect to live ?

but.. surely this is no longer a hotfix & is part of the latest patch?
but if they keep it as a hotfix its server side and we cant remove it so its prob still a hotfix

No you can connect with a jtag on tu5 and get infected (not much working anymore :frown: )then connect to live and get the hot fix your infections still work but
like i say its not a fat lot anymore tho lol. I can infect ammo count, visions, wall hack, and not much more but i've heard of people getting banned for infecting anyway so i dont do it a lot lol :wink:

Ayyyyy whats that them? lol every infection is a 2 console trick :wink: are you talking about the bind ifects like in mw2? if so go ahead i wish you all the luck in the world m8 hope u get it working.

this worked - tu5 jtag to tu5 retail without the hotfix :wink:

so just need a super clean tu6 patch & xex to test

how do you get tu5 jtag mods to work on the tu6 do you need tu5 on your jtag to run the tu5 patch?

no.. I havnt updated my jtags or 1 of my retails yet .. they are still on tu5 :wink:


to run tu6 .. will require the latest patch installed & extracted to BO dir (jtag) / a modded default_mp.xex / a clean patch_mp.ff (+mods of your choice)

but if they keep it as a hotfix its server side and we cant remove it so its prob still a hotfix


edit: I updated to tu6 ..
I think the hotfix is integrated now ! system link still not working :angry:

edit: I updated to tu6 ..
I think the hotfix is integrated now ! system link still not working :angry:

I think it will still be part of the hotfix aswell so that any jtags that are online cannot connect to retails there for no lobbies can be created
