Sorry for being thick, i am very new to this stuff, no clue what im doing, wanted to try download some mods of here, gone to down load this (Medaka's c*ck) t thing and it just loads up a script, what do i do from here.

Wrong mod menu for that then.
You were looking at an Xbox 360 mod menu.
I don't think you'll find PC stuff from these forums.
