Solved TTK, house of wolves quests/missions

since I downloaded the update for the taken king, I can't start the house of wolves missions from petra on my new character... does anybody know why?

They are no longer in existence. the wolves fled in fear of the taken.. no more bounties/quest

that's annoying, Now I sorta have to buy a $70 DLC -_-

On the right side of Vangaurd Mentors on Tower, kiosk with "abandoned quests". There's House of Wolves storyline too. No more bounties, though. New public event is taken (on each planet)...
