So I tried to RGH my Trinity (with a real Ace v3 and JR prog v2), I made it to Xell, got the serial number, then re-wrote the NAND after doing XeBuild. Then I got the dreaded red light. I tried reflashing one more time, and it booted into the stock dashboard, but quickly got a red light.

So I flashed back to stock and de-soldered everything (both NAND wires and Ace V3). Now it boots into the dash, but gets a red light after a few mins. I can get into a game sometimes, but then get a red light...

Any ideas?

Clear photos of your work/soldering area
upload them to imgbb then link here

It's likely you have a solder joints shorting somewhere or you've damaged some components near the soldering area.

Don't try to do RGH yourself if you are not experienced with soldering

Solved!
I must of dislodged the heatsink when I removed the pcb board. Reapplied thermal paste, and played some games for 30 mins, no issues. Seems ok now, going to attempt RGH again later, will post pics. Again.

Here's some pics of my previous install before I removed everything anyway,
