His stats have hardly gone up but he is IMO the best CB in the game. Rapid, Strong and has decent passing stats. If he had 3-4 star skills then he would be too good.

Anyone else used him yet and if so do you agree with me?

I only used the normal Dede and i loved him, I don't have a Brazilian team anymore so i wont be using him but i can imagine him being class.

He is like a brazilian Vidic + he is rapid
