Solved This copy of Windows is not genuine

I woke up today after installing some updates for Windows over night and the first thing I see this copy of Windows may not be genuine. I don't know why this is, I have no idea if my Windows in genuine or not because my brother built me my PC. How do fix this? It says on my desktop in the bottom left :

You can use a program like KMSpico or RemoveWAT to fix your problem. I recommend purchasing a key though.
