Well after doing some re-search on the internet i have found there is a way to reveal the developer options on the xbox one console. As a word of caution if you enable/edit anything in that menu your console could be bricked forever. But i wanted to post a tutorial on how to do it.

Its very simple really, all you have to do is:

1) Go to your settings tab
2) Go to system
3) Enter this button combination:
Left-Bumper, Right-Bumper, Left-trigger, Right-trigger

Word of Caution again. Do not edit or enable any thing as it will disable your console. Meaning it will become bricked.

Please use the search button next time, this is quite old and posted multiple times. :/

Doesn't enable developer settings, just shows that they exist. You still need your console activited (through Microsoft I'm sure), so this really is only helpful if you want to brick your console.
