TF2 Prop-triggers ?

I know that TF2 Xbox Modding is gone for the time-being but I was wondering about a few commands (I've been trying them in the PC version.)

How would you execute a command when a player shoots a prop?
like if a certain prop is shot, then it will trigger a chain of commands like: "say "I shot the frog, I must pay the price.";explode;"
